Effective 6/1/08*	Peak and Holidays	$385.00 + tax per night for up to 8 ($10 extra per person to a maximum of 12) 1-time cleaning fee of $85.00
	Off Season * Prices subject to change	$345.00 + tax per night for up to 8 ($10 extra per person to a maximum of 12) 1-time cleaning fee of $85.00

3-night minimum stay: week-ends, holidays and school breaks. (Thanksgiving is a 4 night minimum).

Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to scheduled date. There is a $19.50 accounting fee for all cancellations.
